Pradip Khandwalla - Former director of IIM Ahmedabad with a distinguished career in academics consultancy and training

Prof. Pradip Khandwalla is a former director of IIM Ahmedabad with a distinguished career in academics consultancy and training.after his Phd from Carnegie Mellon, he taught Management at McGill University and joined II M Ahmedabad as faculty in 1974 and held the L&T Chair in Organizational Behaviour before serving as the Director.

His interests have been varied, spanning organization theory and the design, creativity, styles of management, turnarounds, effective public administration and democratic governance. He has served on the boards of around 15 public sector and private sector enterprises. Pradip Khandwalla is a poet in English and Gujarati. He has also translated several Gujarati poems and short stories into English and vice versa.

Puja Marwaha - CEO of CRY (Child Rights and You)

Puja Marwaha is CEO of CRY (Child Rights and You). She joined CRY in 1994, and was appointed CEO in February 2010. Prior to CRY, she worked with Citicorp. Sudhir Kakar - Psychoanalyst and writer

Sudhir Kakar is a psychoanalyst and writer. He has been a Lecturer at Harvard, Professor at IIM, Ahmedabad, Head of Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT, Delhi, Visiting Professor at Chicago (1989-93), McGill, Melbourne, Hawaii, Vienna, Harvard, INSEAD, France (1994-2013), and a Fellow at the Institutes of Advanced Study, Princeton, Berlin and Cologne.

His many honours include the Bhabha, Nehru and ICSSR National Fellowships, Kardiner Award of Columbia University, Boyer Prize of the American Anthropological Association, Tagore-Merck Award, Germany’s Goethe Medal, Distinguished Service Award of Indo-American Psychiatric Association and the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. Kakar is the author of fourteen books of non-fiction and six of fiction, of which the latest is the novel The Kipling File. His books been translated into twenty-two languages around the world.

Ajeet N. Mathur is a Professor at IIM Ahmedabad, Affiliate Life Member of the Indian Psychoanalytic Society, a Fellow of Sumedhas Academy of Human Context, and an accredited Yoga Shikshak and Karma Sannyasin of the Bihar School of Yoga. Maitri Gopalakrishna - Drama Therapist

Maitri Gopalakrishna has a PhD from the TISS, Mumbai and an MA in Counselling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from CIIS, San Francisco. She is a registered drama therapist of the North American Drama Therapy Association. Mrs. Manjusha Raut - Music Therapist & Social Skill Developer

Mrs. Manjusha Raut, Music Therapist & Social Skill Developer works with Schools and Therapy Centres for children with special needs in Aurangabad. She is a post graduate Geography and is a B.Ed in Social Sciences. She pursued teaching in various schools and colleges for over 10 years. After completing Masters In Journalism and Sangeet Visharad, she started working for the Women In Distress helpline section of a leading newspaper in Maharashtra and continued for 12 years and taught unprivileged children at home. In 2004, while giving a visit to a school for the mentally retarded, she found the mission of her life. She started connecting with children with all types of special needs through music, and her experiments resulted into Specialized Music Therapy Modules for the skill development of such children along with joy, pleasure and entertainment. She has been working for most of the schools and therapy centres in Aurangabad for children with special needs for almost 15 years now, and has conducted many workshops for parents and teachers of such children all over Maharashtra. She has also produced a DVD with 17 audio visual songs based on Music Therapy. For her work, she was felicitated with ‘National Creative Art Therapy Award 2018 ’ as a Silent Hero for working for Community Wellbeing by Sancheti Hospital Pune.
