After completing Masters In Journalism and Sangeet Visharad, she started working for the Women In Distress helpline section of a leading newspaper in Maharashtra and continued for 12 years and taught unprivileged children at home. She started connecting with children with all types of special needs through music, and her experiments resulted into Specialized Music Therapy Modules for the skill development of such children along with joy, pleasure and entertainment. He has conceived an internship program in OD, has been on the design team as well as a Faculty Member in it since its inception in 2008. Sushanta has been a Visiting Faculty to IIMA ('73 to '03),NMIMS Mumbai, FLAME Pune, Pearl School of Business Gurgaon, Organisation Consultant and Visiting Faculty to National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
